PakGames Terms and Conditions – Online Gaming Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the PakGames platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. This includes all supplementary policies referenced here, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and not create an account. Continued use of PakGames after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To use PakGames, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PakGames is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not permit access to anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes, not on behalf of a business or third party.
• You must not be using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software that gives an unfair advantage or manipulates platform behaviour.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a PakGames employee where creating an account would represent a conflict of interest.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration

Each person may hold only one account on PakGames. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and will result in suspension of all related accounts. If you already have an existing account, do not create a new one – log in to your existing account instead.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. PakGames reserves the right to verify the information you provide at any stage and may request supporting documentation as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your username or password with anyone. PakGames will not be responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep credentials private.

• Use a strong, unique password for your PakGames account.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify PakGames immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.
• Do not allow another person to use your account. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

PakGames reserves the right to close duplicate accounts, accounts containing false information, or accounts that are being misused in any way. Any balance in a closed account may be withheld pending investigation.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on PakGames are made and processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). We support the following payment methods for Pakistan players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit card. Additional mobile wallet options may be available from time to time.

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Payments made from third-party accounts – accounts belonging to another person – are not permitted and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically confirmed within seconds. Bank transfers may take a short processing period.
• PakGames does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges – check with your provider before depositing.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR and are available for use once confirmed.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit wherever possible.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply. These are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Your account must have completed KYC verification before a withdrawal can be processed. This typically requires confirming your identity and payment method.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements must be cleared before the corresponding balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Withdrawing before completing wagering requirements will result in bonus funds being removed.
• PakGames reserves the right to perform security checks on withdrawal requests. Checks may delay processing while they are completed.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are generally processed quickly once approved.

If a withdrawal is declined, you will be notified with a reason. Common reasons include incomplete KYC, unmet wagering requirements, or a mismatch between the withdrawal method and the deposit method. Contact support if you need assistance resolving a withdrawal issue.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

PakGames may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games and expiry dates. These specific terms are displayed alongside each offer.

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus offers is not permitted.
• PakGames reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time or to modify its terms with reasonable notice.
• If there is evidence that a bonus has been obtained through fraudulent activity, multiple accounts or coordinated abuse, PakGames may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each bonus. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money is used first unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on PakGames are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring your bet details – stake amount, selection, market – are correct before confirming. PakGames does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described below.

• Bets placed on voided markets will be refunded at the original stake in PKR.
• In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price or outcome being displayed, PakGames reserves the right to void bets placed under the error and refund stakes.
• Live betting markets close at the moment the relevant event ends or at the discretion of PakGames. Bets placed after this point will be voided.
• Maximum bet and win limits apply across all markets. These limits are set per event and per account based on activity history.
• For cricket markets including PSL, T20, Test and ODI formats, PakGames follows standard industry settlement rules for match results, player performance and series outcomes.

Game results for slots, fish games and other RNG-based products are determined by certified random number generation systems. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by PakGames or by any player action beyond normal gameplay.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PakGames. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension and may result in forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one account, or accessing another person's account without their consent.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors for financial gain. Any gains made this way are not valid and will be reversed.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false identity or payment information at any point.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing PakGames staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or distribute any part of the PakGames platform or its content.

9 Privacy and Data

PakGames collects and processes personal data to operate your account, process payments, verify identity and comply with platform security obligations. The full details of how your data is collected, stored and used are set out in our Privacy Policy.

• Your personal information is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• PakGames uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and our platform.
• You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you. Contact support to make such a request.
• Account data may be retained after account closure in accordance with our data retention obligations.

10 Responsible Gaming

PakGames is committed to responsible gaming. The platform provides tools to help players stay in control of their spending and time. These tools are available to all account holders from within account settings.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps on your account.
• Session reminders: Set time alerts to notify you how long you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform if you feel you need a break.
• Reality checks: Periodic notifications during gameplay showing time elapsed and amount wagered.

Online gaming should be recreational. Never play with money you cannot afford to lose and never use gaming as a way to recover financial losses. 11 Account Suspension and Termination

PakGames reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is a reasonable belief that these Terms have been violated, or where account activity raises security or fraud concerns. In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, PakGames may freeze the account balance pending investigation.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any verified real money balance remaining after meeting any applicable conditions will be returned to your nominated PKR payment method.

• Accounts inactive for an extended period may be flagged as dormant. You will be notified before any action is taken on a dormant account.
• If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.
• PakGames will not close an account to avoid paying out a legitimate withdrawal request. Suspensions related to security checks are temporary pending review.

12 Limitation of Liability

PakGames provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary downtime.

• PakGames is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, connectivity issues on your end, or device-related problems.
• PakGames is not responsible for any financial decisions you make while using the platform. All bets and wagers are placed at your own risk.
• In the event of a system error that affects game or bet outcomes, PakGames will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with fair play principles. Our liability in such cases is limited to the stake amount involved.
• PakGames does not guarantee winnings. All gaming and betting involves risk and outcomes are not predictable.

13 Changes to These Terms

PakGames may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify active account holders via their registered contact details.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continuing to use PakGames after changes have been posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revision, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
